Review seller disclosures (TDS, SPQ, HOA docs, NHD, preliminary reports, AVID, etc.) Review reports provided by seller if available (home, pest, chimney, septic, sewer lateral, roof, etc) The Offer Draft offer terms (price, length of transaction, down payment, contingencies, move-in terms, escrow & title fees, etc.) Submit offer w/ proof of funds, pre-approval Letter, and RPA-CA. Receive seller acceptance or a counter offer. |
