Draft offer terms (price, length of transaction, down payment, contingencies, move-in terms, escrow & title fees, etc.)
Submit offer w/ proof of funds, pre-approval Letter, and RPA-CA.
Receive seller acceptance or a counter offer.

STEP 4
ESCROW & CLOSING
