Launch Marketing Plan
-Schedule professional photo and drone shoot
-Schedule sign delivery
-Write marketing copy
-Design single page website w/ custom URL
-List property on MLS and syndicate w/ other platforms (Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, etc)
-Design and mail out postcards

STEP 3:
​Listing Maintenance

Weekly Review
-Review traffic analytics from open houses, private showing, and Disclosures IO
-Price adjustments based on traffic. Review every 15-30 days

Continuous Marketing
-Newspaper ads
-Weekly open houses
-Social media ads
-Brokers tour

Review Offers & Negotiate
-Review offers as they come
-Counter offers for highest possible price

Step 4:
​Escrow and Closing

Escrow Timeline
-Transaction coordinator draws timeline for escrow

Contingency Removal
-Removal of contingencies such as physical, loan, appraisal (if applicable)

Close Escrow
-Review and sign off closing statement at title company
-Funds exchange
-Keys exchange
