-Review traffic analytics from open houses, private showing, and Disclosures IO -Price adjustments based on traffic. Review every 15-30 days Continuous Marketing -Newspaper ads -Weekly open houses -Social media ads -Brokers tour Review Offers & Negotiate -Review offers as they come -Counter offers for highest possible price |
